Lenovo announces Vibe X2 Pro and P90 with 64-Bit Processor
After huge success of Vibe Z2 Pro and Vibe X2, Lenovo has launched another pair of mid range devices named Vibe X2 Pro and P90 with 64 Bit Processor.
Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro
Vibe Z2 Pro carries forward the design language from the Vibe X2 with layered colored unibody design which is slim and light makes Vibe X2 Pro a winner in design. It now sports a 5.3-inch FullHD 1080p IPS display and an Octa Core Snapdragon 615 CPU clocked at 1.5GHz. Internal memory is 32GB, RAM is 2GB and external cards upto 128GB are supported.
It now has 13-megapixels front and rear camera like Desire Eye, but is missing LED flash in front, which can be fixed by new cool flash accessory letting you take photos from front camera with flash in low light. It has a 2410 mAh li-ion battery and now measures 146.3 x 71 x 6.9 mm and weighs just 140 grams. It will be available in Champagne Gold, Rock Pink and Electric Blue color options and will be priced around $350. It will be available in second quarter of 2015.
The Lenovo P90 is powered by the same SoC powering Zenfone 2, that is Intel Atom Z3560 chipset with a 1.83 quad-core CPU and it sports a larger 5.5″ 1080p IPS LCD compared to Vibe X2 Pro . It has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, with no external card slot.
Again in terms of camera it matches the Zenfone 2 with 13-megapixels rear camera with flash and 5-megapixels selfie camera. It houses a massive 4000-mAh battery to keep device up and running no matter how heavy user you are. Even with big battery it manages to be slim with just 8.5mm of waistline and light at just 156 grams.
The Lenovo P90 will be available in Pearl White, Lava Red and Onyx Black in February, but currently price is unknown.
Connectivity is almost same in both new Lenovo phones, but the P90 lacking dual-SIM capabilities. While both devices features WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, WiFi Direct, 2G, 3G, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. Both run on Android 4.4.4 with Vibe UI.
