Cyanogen Inc and OnePlus partnership seemed to be hitting low end during end of 2014, but the new year brings forth some great news as Cyanogen took to twitter to announce that OnePlus One Android Lollipop update is going into Quality Assurance and Enhancement stage and will be released after testing.
Although no specific date has been mentioned but its a relief knowing the update is almost ready and OTA will be arriving soon for the global devices except which means devices sold everywhere throughout the world except India and China, as Micromax reserves exclusivity in China and OnePlus comes with Color OS in China.
Exact feature list is still unavailable but it will carry the privacy guard, themes and most of modifications on Kitkat and will also integrate the all new Material UI througout the system. As we previously reported that the nightly builds are already available for Cyanogenmod 12, which are really very very stable and can be flashed as zip with custom recovery for those who cannot wait.
Moreover OnePlus is preparing an almost stock Android ROM named Oxygen OS and details will be shared with us on 12th February so its going to be good month for OnePlus One users all round.
