Samsung has regained the lost ground in mid range segment and has since then been actively fighting the Local and Chinese vendors to maintain their dominance and has now launched a new smartphone dubbed Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016).
Galaxy J2 (2016) is a solid little device for youngsters who don’t want to be hassled with online Chinese brands who provide great spec’d handsets but poor software optimisation and almost killing customer service sometimes causes troubles that you begin to hate Chinese stuff.
The innovative new Smart Flash feature is USP which is just a notification light around the camera of smartphones and glows in variety of colors. The display is upgraded with 5-inch HD 720p sAMOLED display which will offer punchy colors.
The internals also are changed with new Spreadtrum Quad Core SC8830 clocked at 1.5GHz, 1.5 GB RAM and 8GB internal storage with an option for microSD card support. There is also a new Turbo Boost Technology which effectively reduces app load times, improves memory management and system apps have been trimmed to reduce excessive load.
The camera also is upgraded with 8-megapixels back camera, smart glow led feature and a regular LED flash along with 5-megapixels front camera for great vibrant selfies.
Galaxy J2 (2016) features same design like most of Samsung devices but there is little change in back as can be seen in pics, it definitely gives a refreshing look to the yet another Samsung device. The device features 4G, VoLTE, Dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and all this is packaged neatly in just 8mm thick device.
Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) will be up for sale in India starting next week at a price tag of Rs 9,750 and will come in Gold, Black and White Colors and feature 2600 mAh battery. The device will be available in both offline and online channels.
