Moto G5 and G5 Plus has been leaked on quite a few occasion and we caught glimpse of Moto G5 and G5 Plus beforehand.
Now it has been officially unveiled by Lenovo at MWC 2017.
Moto G5 will come with 5-inch Full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3. The major upgrade in Moto G5 is in terms of processing power as Octa Core Snapdragon 430 replaces the Quad Core 410 found on Moto G4. Theres a 13 MP, f/2.0, phase detection autofocus camera in rear with LED flash.
While the Moto G5 Plus comes with a slightly larger 5.2-inch Full HD display and more powerful Snapdragon 625 SoC. Also the camera is more advanced thanks to 12-megapixels camera with DualPixel technology, and capable of 4K video capture.
Both the Moto G5 and G5 Plus will run on Android 7 Noughat OS with little Moto customization. Also both will have dual sim 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Front Mounted Fingerprint Scanner, 5-megapixels front camera in common.
The battery on Moto G5 is 2800 mAh while the G5 Plus has 3000 mAh battery and both will come in Lunar Grey and Fine Gold color options.
Moto G5 comes in 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB RAM and storage version while G5 Plus comes in 2GB + 32GB, 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants.
The Moto G5 will be available in retail and online store in Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America, early in March. The Moto G5 is priced at €199/₹12,999 for the 2GB/16GB version, while the Moto G5 Plus will set you €279/₹14,999 for the 2GB/32GB flavor.
