Lenovo VIBE X2 launched for ₹19,999/$325 in India
Lenovo is making hugely improved smartphones and with Lenovo VIBE X2 it has managed to trump the competition with something unique under the hood with its new layered design. Lenovo VIBE X2 features a new multi-layered designed which will surely attract youth to buy this new smartphone.
There will be extra VIBE Xtension™ click-on smart layers available like VIBE X2 Battery for up to 75% more battery life and VIBE X2 Speaker, delivering hi-fi JBL quality audio. This surely seems to take a leaf out of Project Ara’s book.
VIBE X2 features a 5-inch Full HD 1080 x 1980 pixels display with Android Kitkat 4.4.4 Kitkat. While the chipset inside is MediaTek 6595M 2.0 GHz 4G LTE capable delivering buttery smooth performance along with lightening fast 4G connectivity. The RAM inside is 2GB while internal memory is 32GB with no external card slot.
It has a rear 13-megapixels rear camera with LED Flash and 5-megapixels front camera. The camera application is simplified and there’s some sort of gesture and voice control for capturing perfect selfies. There’s a Single SIM version with support for Micro SIM and Dual SIM for Asia Pacific countries and India supporting one Nano and one Micro SIM cards.
VIBE X2 features 4G LTE, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.1 with Low Energy support, GPS with A-GPS, WiFi b/g/n/ac and Wi-Fi hotspot. It comes with 2300mAh battery while it weighs 120-grams and is just 7.27mm thick.
It will come in Gold, Charcoal, Orange and White colors and will be exclusively available at Flipkart for a price of ₹19,999 which is about $325. It will be available starting November 10 in India with availability in other countries soon after.
