Vivo has suddenly got hyperactive with brilliant devices at just pricing. Now Vivo Y83 is the latest to join their existing portfolio.
Vivo Y83 is the cheapest notched smartphone. It comes with 6.22″ HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio IPS display with 270ppi.
In terms of design, Vivo Y83 comes with polycarbonate body. It runs on Android 8.1 based Funtouch OS 4.0.
The optical department is covered by 13MP rear camera and 8MP Front camera and it relies on software and AI tech for portraits rather than an additional camera module.
It comes with Dual SIM support and a separate microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G VoLTE and other general connectivity options found common in modern smartphone.
Vivo Y83 is powered by Mediatek Helio P22 SoC clocked at 2.0GHz and 4GB RAM. The internal storage is 32GB while the battery inside this is 3260mAh. It is still lightweight for its footprint at just 150grams.
Their are several software based features including app lock, app clone, face unlock and various other tweaks not usually available in Vanila Android.
Vivo Y83 will be available across Vivo authorised outlets starting today and will cost ₹14990 in India.
